Plate Rolling Machine

This 2 roll plate bending machine is ideal solution for mass production of a similar type of components. 2 Roll Hydraulic Plate Rolling Machine is mainly used to bend lower thickness metal sheets. This machine is probably the quickest machine with very high production rates. It can produce around 800 components per day.

Three-roller machines (variable pitch aka variable geometry) have one pressing top roll and two pressing side rolls. The three-roll variable pitch works by having all three rolls able to move and tilt. The top roll moves in the vertical plane and the side rolls move on the horizontal plane. When rolling, the top roll presses the metal plate between the two side rolls. The advantage of having the variable three roll is the ability to roll many thicknesses and diameters of cylinders.

Four-roller machines have a top roll, the pinching roll, and two side rolls. The flat metal plate is placed in the machine on either side and "pre-bent" on the same side. The side rolls do the work of bending. The pinching roll holds the plate.

BENDING PROCESS Place the plate between bottom and top rolls by adjusting top roll manually. Down the top roll and give pressure on the plate. Then start main motor in clock wise direction till one end of the plate comes over first bottom roll reserve the motors and get second end on second bottom. Continue above process until you ET desired as shown in picture.

This machine can be used for rolling steel plate & aluminum plate & galvanizing plate, and it can also be used for rolling the steel wire with diameter less than 5mm This machine need to be fixed on a bench vice(or other fixed tools) for working, bench vice is not included This machine is not suitable for stainless steel.

Mechanical Plate bending are designed to cater the basic requirements of bending & forming of metal plates. In this machine, the bottom rolls are driven by electric motor & gear box. The upper roll is having manual up & down adjustment to achieve desired bending radius. This is a very simple & robust design machine suitable for light to medium jobs.
